As the harsh economy continues to bite hard on the Nigerian. The rich seem not to be left out as Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote has taken steps to cut down on cost of operation. This came in form of a major cut down in the number of foreign hands he has on his team.
It was gathered that Dangote laid off 48 members of his workforce comprising of 36 expatriates and 12 indigenous workers.
In a letter signed by the CEO Dangote Groups stated that the decision became necessary considering the fact that economic factors has affected the cost of production.
