House of REP aspirant caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu

There has been an alleged illegal possession of permanent voters cards by Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam contesting for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP.
He was caught yesterday by the military with 4000 pvcs at Ozalla , Nkanu East Lga Enugu State. photos after the cut
